Fluency and language competency should be a segment of the onboarding questionnaire and factor into compatibility score/matching algorithm. I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian. Would be great to highlight that on my profile (besides just “interests”), plus I’d like to get matched with clients where language is important to them.
